Our client, a Hungarian spice manufacturer and trader - known for quality and innovation - is expanding its footprint in Germany. We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to pioneer growth in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony.
Role and Responsibilities
- As the face of the company in Germany, you will bridge the gap between the Hungarian production and the German market.
- Market Expansion: Conduct targeted market research to identify high-potential B2B and B2C opportunities.
- Active Acquisition: Proactively reach out to new customers, building long-term partnerships from the ground up.
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and taking orders to preparing competitive quotations and administrative follow-ups.
- On-the-Road Presence: Combine the comfort of your home office with regular on-site visits to clients across your territory.
- Reporting: Maintain transparent communication with the Hungarian headquarters through structured daily/weekly reports (transitioning to monthly as you settle in).
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Track Record: Experience in product sales (B2B experience is highly valued).
- Communication: Excellent command of both German and English. If you speak Hungarian, that is anadvantage!
- Education & Mobility: A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid Category B Driving License are essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the food industry or existing contacts within the German food /wholesale sector/ will give you a head start.
- Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, "young team" environment and enjoys the autonomy of flexible working hours.
