To provide support for drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation of proposals and contracts.
You will be involved in the following tasks:
Keep in touch with existing customers (phone, email) - support sales staff and serving your own customer base
Receive and manage incoming orders, coordinate with colleagues.
Find new customers, contact them and register customers in a CRM system.
Provides accurate pricing and contracting support within the agreed scope, focusing on drafting and negotiation for basic deals.
Contacting suppliers (requesting a quote and information)
Provide product information and advice.
Create, register and track the customer quotation and proposal, contract documents using a library of pre-written content.
In case of special order give a written confirmation to the customer.
Effective management of account receivables.
Provide support in opportunity management for the Sales team in the respective CRM systems.
Ensures that all documents are signed and stored in the respective databases and other internal systems.
Professional handling and registration of customer complaints, ensures that risks are identified and mitigated to reduce or eliminate claims by customers.
Continuous monitoring of market information (competition, customers, industry), recording and transmission of information to support the activities of sales staff.
Assists in the development and sharing of know-how and product materials.
